Pursuant to the provisions of the Investment Trusts Act, certain matters regarding an investment corporation (including modifications to the Articles of Incorporation and appointment/dismissal of the executive officer, supervising officers and independent auditor) shall be decided on by the Unitholders' Meeting that comprises the unitholders of the investment corporation. The unitholders' meeting of NIPPON REIT shall be held at least once every two years as a rule based on its Articles of Incorporation.
